| Description: | Studying Modern Languages and Film, you’ll immerse yourself in the art of communication and find new ways to express yourself, breakdown cultural barriers and connect with others.
You will learn and develop your competence in writing, speaking and comprehension in French or Spanish. You can also explore historical and cultural aspects relating to your chosen language and the communities that speak it, such as film, contemporary issues or politics. You will be able to practise your language skills with students who speak a wide variety of different languages and have opportunities to mentor pupils in local schools. The compulsory year abroad is fantastic preparation for today’s multilingual, multicultural world of work. |
